This mod globally lowers the amount of DT super mutants receive. Originally, they had a DT of 15, which is strong enough that they would shrug off most early game weapons. This is especially infuriating if you're playing Tale of Two Wastelands, where super mutants are abundant. I decided to lower the DT they receive to a much more reasonable 10. This way, they're still well-armored enough to not die immediately to small-caliber arms, but they won't be practically immune to them.
Designed for Tale of Two Wastelands, but can be used in standalone New Vegas.
