doubt anyone's looking here now, but if someone wants a fixed esp I've put one here. you'll still need to download the original mod for the assets. the dialogue topic is its own instead of an override, so it shouldn't mess up Graham's speech anymore. I haven't tested it, so if anyone uses this and it works let me know.
edit: uploaded it as a mod on the nexus because fungus this will remain for its extreme historical significance
Possible bug: the line also pops up in the conversation menus of Josh Graham in Honest Hearts when you talk to him in the Angel Cave and with the modded companion Delilah's conversations. The former jumps him to his 'Yea, when we remembered Zion' speech, and the latter just ends the conversation. Not gamebreaking from what I can tell, but I'm pretty positive it's due to this mod. It's the same exact line.
Using this caused a number of glitches. As noted previously, Joshua Graham's dialogue is affected by this mod -- but, I suspect, in more ways that just putting the "skip the questions, Doc" option into his dialogue. (I suspect it's this mod, will confirm or recant when I reach Graham on the current playthrough) also causes his "Babylon" speech to have no audio, and prevents him from shooting the captured White Legs or Salt-Upon-Wounds during the HH finale scene.
Additionally, this mod (again, I suspect it's this mod; with every FNV being different due to the combination of mods in any given load order, it might be this mod, another mod, or this mod in combination with another mod. Just want to be fair and open-minded here) can cause the following dialogue glitch:
An NPC will speak, but without dialog subtitles even if dialog subtitles are set to be displayed; subsequently, no dialog menu appears, and the only way to disengage from the NPC is via the console's 'CAM' command.
Reiterating: I suspect that this mod is either the direct culprit or, bare minimum, a contributing factor; what I do know for certain is that removing this mod eliminated that glitch.
Please for the love of Zion update this please!!! I can't stand repeating the same long slooooow startup and not playing for what feels like it was a snail that made this.
I used to use Roleplayers Alternative Start to skip Doc Mitchell but then I realized how gamebreaking that mod is
Not starting in GoodSprings means no early EXP and you will be well bellow the required stats for any skill checks that get thrown at you which basically forces you to backtrack to goodsprings and play the game as normal.
when I was using the mod it was glitching my main menu, I just thought id post this quickly, I loved the mod tho. the pixels in the cursor and main menu letters were not working. I'm using even better loading screens and main menu mod with your mod so I think those two conflict with each other in some way.
