Restores the Lucky 38's lights (mostly window lights, extra light strips and diamond lights) that were shown during E3 and were part of a cut quest but later cut due to consoles and other limitations. No esp, only meshes. See the Lucky 38 in all it's glory as Obsidian had envisioned.

NOTE
This mod has been integrated into a much larger overhaul for the Lucky 38. I recommend everyone who likes this mod to check that out. It adds new details, framed photos, unique textures and assets and completely overhauls the Lucky 38 penthouse to feel like a less bland and boring cement room and feel more like a penthouse while keeping the same style and colour theme as the rest of the Casino.
