Remade hitmarker's image so it's thinner, better fits with HUD and is compatible with the new dynamic crosshair mod.
Made plugin check for existence of .xml files so it's clear if they are there.
Made marker appear when iron sighting, toggle-able with global in the .esp.
Made marker last 0.5 seconds, thought 1 second was too slow, again, this is changeble with global in the .esp.
