About this mod

Aims to make combat feel more responsive. Ever thought to yourself how enemies sometimes don't even react to getting shot? This mod tries to fix that.

Description
Makes combat feel more fluid, enemies will react more to getting shot or hit, making them feel less like a bullet sponge and in turns makes combat more satisfying. Pretty much an essential improvement to the games' weak combat system. Player can now also react to getting shot.

Features

  • Enemies will now actually visibly show signs of pain and distress when hit with a bullet, a melee weapon or your fist
  • Works on humans, Super Mutants, ghouls, dogs and geckos as of now.
  • Diverse MCM options for those who want to tweak the mod
  • Blocking melee staggers enemies
  • Makes Super Mutants in FO3/TTW bearable

Player hit reactions (experimental)
You can make the player also react to getting hit in the MCM menu. You can configure the frequency of this and how much damage the player needs too.

Compatibility
This mod replaces no assets and only adds scripts. Fully compatible with MadAce's Ragdolls (which has also has a hit reaction feature that does something completely different). It should be compatible with almost everything, including any expansion mods such as TTW and Fallout: New California. Additionally this mod has been specifically made compatible with Live Dismemberment. You can install, update and uninstall it at any time during your game.
