Made because why not? I use it with Who Vegas but it's honestly up to you, it's standalone. It requires Lonesome Road due to the Duster. You can find the costume on a 'Stranger' on the ridge next to Goodsprings. There's also a debug tool chest underneath if the corpse doesn't show up or there's any other problems.
Recommended that you get Who Vegas but it's not a requirement. I may update this at some point adding more variants.
