    For some reason, when equipping the NCR Ranger Combat Armor Helmet the neck literally disappears, how can i fix this?

      I went ahead and made it available again but unsupported, if someone else wants to make it work better and upload it with credit to me, that'd be fine

      everything but the YUP patch should be compatible, i have TTW installed now so I'll make another patch soon

      i don't think so since IIRC YUP fixes are integrated into TTW and the YUP patch here needs the new vegas one as a master. i'll add this mod to my list of patches to make when i install TTW.
