    Awesome fun little mod, are you planning on making any more quest mods? Between this and Cal-Nev-Ari you're modding skills are super impressive; kind of just a random thought but something akin to Nipton Rebuilt but for Nelson could be cool.

    This is one of my favorite quest mods of all time; it's short and straightforward, but with a twist; to make things even better, there's also a potential companion included.
    I felt that certain things were missing from this mod so I decided to make a tweaked version by adding more clutter to some of the interiors, a JIP CCC Icon for Derrick, and a custom mesh that makes accessing the motel less awkward.
    Here are some images that show what I added (there are more things that I added but are more subtle and less noticeable).

    Nice little mod, thanks, but I have a question. I picked up Yves Priestley's keycard, but it doesn't seem to have a use. Did I perhaps just not notice when it let me open a door?

    Good voice acting! Went for the shorter twist, as it fits my karma character, but still. Didn't expect that turn. Enjoyable.

    The voice quality could be better , but nice mod overall.
    Liked the fact that you can side with any of the  opposite parties.
    No bugs encoutered , just the wood in the cave that blocks my companion.

    Neat mod, I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end.

    Two minor things, though:
    -you should make Dusty's package as a non-quest item upon completion of the quest. Sure, it can be removed with console commands, but still.
    -you should include an option to encounter the "big bad guy" and his "accomplice" at the O.V. without needing to visit the Mojave Outpost when returning from the "cave". My character and D.D. traveled to O.V., because they had the "key", but there they encountered the aforementioned NPCs, but couldn't interact with them in any way, because the quest was telling them to go to the Mojave Outpost.
