A mod made for a friend, a simple edit that breaks the Trait "Logan's Loophole." Disabling the removal of points and perks post level 30, and for safe measure edits the max level allowed to acquire the trait to level 255, (the highest level cap mod I've found) as to be able to add it past level 30 via console without any potential side effects.
