Simple port of a great mod, i missed this mechanic from FWE so i ported it for TTW, thanks to Kearsage for allowing me to share his great mod, you have to go and down load his mod and endorse while your there =] https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/5867, then copy my esp over it
