The safest way to replace TTWFixes.esm is to copy YUPTTW.esm and then rename it. I found an old copy of TTWFixes and took a look at it inside xEdit, compared to YUPTTW it mostly, MOSTLY does the same and some forms it reverts to vanilla, Originally I intended to edit that old esm inside xEdit but I was basically redoing YUPTTW.

STILL, some old mods like Energy Shield may or may not work because their own compatibility patch may need a revision for compatibility with current TTW .
