Fixes all original Armors that were left over from Fallout3 in NV to have the normal DR Damage Resistance instead of in many cases 0 AR Armor Resistance. No more 0 Damage Threshold. Now all default Fallout3 Armors in game will have their original FO3 Damage Resistance.

This should also work with TTW but does not require it, as long as there are no installed original F03 Specific Armor Mods that could conflict with it. Note TTW AFAIK did not fix any original Fallout Armors for Damage Resistance. I am still running a 2.0 version of TTW, so IDK..
To Install copy the .esp to your Fallout New Vegas Data Folder select it in your Mod Manger.
