About this mod
Is like Oswald's Tophat from FO4 NukaWorld now wearable in the Mojave. Made as a Modified stand alone Tophat "Tuxedo Hat" for NV. It Gives the Effects of +1 Per, +1 Char, and +10 Movement Speed just like in FO4.

To get it use the Console code for adding a item.

To Install copy the .esp to your Fallout New Vegas Data Folder select it in your Mod Manger.
Uninstall delete the .esp
