Fixes a longstanding issue with Improved Ranger Coats' Desert Ranger where the sleeve would be twisted and look horrible.

It's been 6 years since Improved Ranger Coats was uploaded and honestly, I can't live without it. The dusters look so much better when the coat isn't so spread out/far from the legs.
There was a major issue with the Desert Ranger, however, in which the sleeves were not weighted properly so in-game they ended up looking twisted and overall horrible.
After all these years I've finally gotten the knowledge to fix it, so here it is. For anyone who loves using Improved Ranger Coats, the Desert Ranger armor, and doesn't want to let this ugly bug get in the way of their enjoyment of it.
Improved Ranger Coats is "required", but mainly for consistency. These are mesh replacements so you're not obligated to download the original file for this one to work.
