Removed the terrifying presence buff from Hockey Mask which apparently is the effect of the mask itself and makes you so terrified and prevents you from doing anything. Basically makes the Hockey Mask usable.

Unique Clothing Stat Improvements mod adds a property called terrifying presence to the Hockey Mask. I'm not sure what the it is supposed to do but what I know it does is it softlocks your game when you equip it. This mod removes this property making the Hockey Mask usable with this mod installed.
