Author notes
Nolanoth is the creator of the textures. The mesh is within the game files and therefore a modders resource as far as I am concerned.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fat Man moved to where T-51b set use to be computer disable both stasis fields.
What this mod does:
This mod adds a display version like the one in Operation Anchorage to Fort Constantine for the T-51b Armor. The quest was reconfigured to factor this change in as the display version also contains the helmet. Upon activation the set will disappear just like the other one does in Anchorage and give a set of "Pre-War T-51b Power Armor" which as all the same stats as T-51b but a clearner look thanks to the textures by Nolanoth. And that is generally it.
The area for the armor in Fort Constantine had to be restructured to accommodate the increased side of the armor display. The mesh for the display is part of Operation Anchorage but clearly any T-51b retexture for it will work.
Update:
1.1 - Fat Man moved to where T-51b set use to be computer disable both stasis fields.
