Edits Breathing masks to chokers
This mod simply changes the Rebreather, Breathing mask, and Ulysses' mask to chokers, allowing you to wear them with glasses and hats. Also removes the quest tag from the Rebreather, and adds the voice modulation effect that's on power armor helmets.
