Fix provided by the user DeathWrench because I dun goofed and included all the vanilla scripts.
The brief overview sums this mod up pretty well. This mod simply adds the perk "Perkless" which is removed via a script after being chosen. This mod was designed as a sort of companion mod to my other mod Perks Per Level but that mod is not required for this mod to work.
