(ncr) Combat Ranger Armor
Ive took the NCR COMBAT RANGER ARMOR and changed some stats added some stats
it's mostly the ultimate stealth suit when you crouch some effect starts.
it does couple other things which I am going to leave that as a secret...for now
You can probably finger out what all they do sooner or later..
i also took the NCR SCRIPT OFF IT SO ITS DOESNT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE DRESSED AS A NCR
i did NOT place it anywhere so you WILL have to console command them in...

THE XX is the number in your load order in the FOMM
the geck says the ids are
helmet 0100109d
armor 0100109f
but as i said the load order of the mod in your FOMM will replace the 01
