DON'T USE THIS MOD.
IT WAS MADE A WHILE AGO AND NEW CALIFORNIA'S OUT OF THE BOX FACES ARE NOW WAY BETTER THAN WHAT THIS MOD CAN GIVE. I'M KEEPING THIS UP BUT DON'T BOTHER USING IT UNLESS YOU RUN WITH A WAY OLDER VERSION OF NEW CALIFORNIA (WHICH IS PROBABLY A BAD IDEA.) IF YOU DO STILL USE IT, EXPECT BUGS.

NEW CALIFORNIA CHARACTER OVERHAUL
Change-Logs:
v2.0: 18 more faces join the party, fixed deformities with Shi and Japanese races, made Raiders use dirty skin.
v0.2: Added 14 more characters to the roster.
Foreword
Why?
Well, the characters in New California are quite gross, save a few. Massive noses, fat mouths, all that stuff. No offense to the New California team, of course, it's completely understandable. FaceGen is hard to make look good, and polishing out the storyline and world are obviously far more important than character faces. But still, nothing a little tweaking can't fix! So, I've decided to begin fixing these faces to improve immersion. Some characters have had drastic redesigns, while some have just had hair changes to tell them apart from one another. The most egregiously bad faces have been mostly ironed out, so expect to not see any more green skinned potatoes walking around.
Changes
Characters are now much better proportioned
Their appearances better match their voice/personality
Similar characters have been diversified (no more semi-clones!)
More consistent designs

This is a WIP. Nowhere near all the characters are changed, but a lot of the rougher ones have been ironed out so far.
How?
Just click download with manager, unless you're doing it manually, in which case you can just drop the esp in the data folder
