(10-5-2018): This will likely be my last mod, I will make a full statement regarding this at a later date.
The armor can be found in the camp forlorn hope barrarcks on the floor, and ranger ghost may be wearing it aswell. I say "may" because in testing she is wearing it, but in the geck, it has been removed from her inventory so who knows.
