- Fixed scripts to avoid holding lambdas in reference variables since those break down in-game sooner or later
- Meltdown explosion now adjusts its radius to avoid hitting innocents rather than not triggering at all. Base radius is configurable
- Added optional min and max delay between target's death and meltdown explosion
- Added back "Has Meltdown" entry point to the perk for GetPerkModifier acknowledgement, but changed the vanilla meltdown explosion with a dummy harmless one
- Added popup icon to Meltdown rampage notifications, made by LOC
- Rampage now increases critical chance on automatic weapons by % rather than add directly to it, to avoid cheese
- Rampage now uses ShowOff's auxiliary timer feature, rather than quest delay script
- Added configurable max rampage bonus
