According to the changelog, 1.3 shouldn't edit a certain vanilla script but it's still present in the plugin. Is it intentional or did you forget to remove it?
I'll be frank with you. There are two such mods here on Nexus, and I had game-CTDing issues with both of them, so I ended up making my own mod that just watches for tapping "right" on the D-pad. But my suggestion would be to navigate over to the "Implant GRX Activator Hotkey" mod page, grab the ImplantGRX-HVSEHotkey file (i.e. not the default file that uses the Pip-Boy hotkey system), and then use a console command to manually set your preferred hotkey or button. The mod's description page provides a link to the codes you'd use for that.
