About this mod

The Revamped Abode is a simple player home located between the 188 Trading Post and Boulder City. It is equipped with all the amenities of a player home. To become owner of the Abode, however, you must complete a task, the instructions of which are located in a mailbox outside the building. This mod requires Fallout: New Vegas and Dead Money.

Permissions and credits
This is a simple house mod that I've created for players who might not want to live in high-tech bunkers or lavish mansions. It is a two story home with a basement, not ridiculously big but not cramped, either.

Utilities: It has a workbench & reloading bench, a bed, a "campfire", a Sierra Madre vending machine, a vegetable garden, various containers meant for storage and 2 containers which re-spawn their contents after a certain amount of time has passed. Also, in the basement, there are 2 NPCs which provide handy services. The first is a Protectron which sells you goods, equivalent to the Silver Rush without the GRA DLC. The second is a woman named Servie who will perform doctor services for free, repair items to 100 (for a fee), play Caravan, and can be given weapons and armor for display purposes.

Immersion: I tried to make it fit into the world as smoothly as possible. On the second floor is a terminal that contains the entire backstory of how the Abode was renovated and repaired, along with explaining objects in the home which may seem out of place. Servie can also provide more information through dialogue.

Convenience: There's plenty of open space for you and your companions to walk around in. Provided, of course, that they aren't giants or, like, you don't have 20 companions. Because all of the Abode's cells are made from cells found in-game, the entire building is nav-meshed. The location has its own map marker, allowing you to fast travel to it.

You can *kinda* get a glimpse of this mod from the screenshots I've taken. My images are really blurry because the screenshots were too big, and I don't really know how to fix them. Sorry about that.

Requirements: The only things this mod should require are Fallout: New Vegas and the Dead Money DLC.
