Westside Rooftop Apartment
This is a very small and simple mod that i made a few years back, as i really wanted a cool place to settle down in Westside. The apartment is made in the style of a small, classy bar. It is build directly into the Westside-cell, and you can therefore step right out on the balcony. On the balcony you will find a reload table, a small garden and a gorgeous view of the New Vegas casinos.
The home itself is pretty basic. You will find a few containers to store your stuff, and a mini jukebox on the fireplace tuned into Radio New Vegas.
If you guys has any requests regarding future additions to the apartment, let me know.

V1.2 - New details added. Front door now a more natural size. Flagpole added to the roof. The celing-fan now spins!

Installation:
Simply drop the ESM file into your data folder.
Known issues:
Sometimes NPCs will be standing on the balcony of the apartment. I haven't found a way to solve this, but if you wait an hour or two (in-game) the citizens will be gone.
