Here's a mod from 2013 that was never finished, its intent was to be a mall that sells items from all the DLCs in some form in small DLC themed shops.
The mall is located just past Vault 22 on a new street that has a few fake buildings and wandering NPCs.
The interior has a large lobby, two bathrooms, a security room, a storage room, a cafe and features weird mall music.
I never finished it so there is rubble and inaccessible doors in unfinished areas just because it's better than leaving huge world holes.
You can use this mod as is, what you get is a street with some generic gamblers and a House robot. You can get inside the mall and explore it completely, there is locked doors for you to pick or hunt down the keys and a huge detailed area to do whatever you like in and listen to some terrible mall music.
You can do whatever you wish with this mod, consider it yours, no permission needed, just credit 'SereneSierra' somewhere and make sure to send me a link I'd love to see what you do with it.
