I went into the GECK and I changed some numbers I have done no testing for this version but It is a simple mod. The weight change is from 30 to 23 and only affects the body armor. hopefully there aren't any conflictions.
Added another file that gives the armor some effects, being Endurance +1 and survival +5.
Probably won't be changing anything here unless someone wants a tweak to the armor.
