Makes all legionaries use the same speed as each other that were not already set, does not affect legion NPCs with their own speedoffset for story elements

Combat barks fixed, new attack dialogue category like the NCR npcs have is set. This makes the legionaries actually speak while you're fighting them. Notice how the NCR and such say stuff like " had enough " but NPCs like Caesar and some legion are totally quiet? That's fixed now. 

Put everything  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data


Changes:

Lanius attack dialogue category, lanius now talks in combat, should make his fight more frightful.

Slave combat barks and random dialogue fixed.

Forgotten legion NPCs are now all set the way they should be.

Attack dialogue changed for generic legion and caesar to seem more fitting to attack category.

v5 (Final) Update will hopefully have praetorians doing their unarmed strike.

Praetorians now use unarmed strike, Including Caesar and lanius, and also vulpes because hes been in the tent long enough...

Make sure this line in the JIP Ini is uNPCPerks=1 to see effect!!!
