About this mod

A loner needs a place to stay right? Why not an old storage bunker with clutter?!

This mod is taking the floor plans of the Hidden Valley Player Bunker created by Rezthebear. I wanted to make my own version because I really liked the layout of their rendition. By adding clutter and various bits 'n' bobs I feel that the place looks "lived in".  I put a lore-friendly background story about the place.

This Player Home includes:
Navmeshed interior!
Static clutter so you won't knock crap over, you goober
Water purifier
Small planters with Mojave plants for you to harvest
Sierra Madre Vending Machine (I am trying to work this in lore-wise....may end up taking it out)
Workbench and Reloading Bench
Labeled storage!
Comfy bed
Cell Charger Unit-- Recharge those drained Energy Weapon Cells and be the Laser Commander you know you are.
Terminal with access to Gun Runner store. Shop with convenience, in your sleepwear.
My First Infirmary (I know its not your first one, so cut me some slack)
Hot Plate for cooking grub while you plan your next job!

BACKGROUND:
Bradley Miller was a scavenger originally from Modoc but found his way toward Hopeville to begin a new life and settle down. While he was away a Courier brought a message to Hopeville which left it in dust and ash. After Miller found his new home destroyed he roamed the Mojave looking for paradise. He stumbled upon an old U.S. Army Storage Bunker and decided to make that his new home. Time passed by and his new abode was getting cluttered by Mojave items, all the while he was using the Ham Radio to find potential survivors of the Hopeville disaster. Miller did encounter one survivor but they were hell bent on heading back to Hopeville to make the perpetrator pay for their crimes.

After two years, he couldn't raise anyone else and so with him throwing the towel away he packed his essentials and left the bunker in hopes to begin somewhere else. Leaving the dwelling behind he hid the keycard and leaves a farewell note to the future owner.
