Wakes up sleeping NPC's if you fire a weapon near them. It always bothered me how you could shoot near sleeping NPC's (Even inches near their head!) and they wouldn't even snore lol. Just a little more realism in my opinion.

Wakes up sleeping NPC's if you fire a weapon near them.
Updated 1.01.- Friendly or neutral NPC's will give a warning the first time, and only attack if woken up twice. Maybe you shoot a bullet by mistake and I didn't want all hell to break loose without a warning.
