Initial release.
Applies hidden perk to decrease skill points given at each level up screen, set to 0.51.
Displays the level up screen a second time after each level up.
Does not force the player's level to advance or to be reset to a lower level.
Does not alter the player's experience points.
Upon installation of this mod the first thing that happens is your character will be given a hidden perk that will multiply your skill points at level up by 0.51, so you're getting 51% of your skill points. In the background a quest will run and watch your character level for changes. When a change is detected (because you have leveled up) it will cause the level up menu to show again. Each time you will get to distribute about 50% of your skill points and pick a perk.
This could possibly be incompatible with any mod that alters the iLevelsPerPerk game setting.
