30 - Enter the hideout and kill Martin. //After his death it might take a second for the quest objective to update, script processing.
40 - Return to Roland. //You will be awarded a base of 250xp and 400 caps.

15 - You failed. Report to Roland. //Homer will be leave (be disabled). Roland will be dissapointed, and the quest will end with only a 50xp reward.
20 - You resolved the issue. Report to Roland. //Roland will reward you with 100 caps and a base 120xp. Homer is now a merchant.
