   Ive always loved the idea of random creatures being in new vegas. I loved the creature mods that racoon and snakes. If i wanted to could i rip everything that makes them a companion and add them as non voilent creatures?

      I'm not sure how easy it would be to convert it. But it should be possible.

      custom skeleton. That is why they have a messed up custom rag doll, i.e. one that doesn't work.

      not a mod as far as I know, I had to Google OWO...yep! There is a Wiki page for it, and it seems the list of other acronyms is never ending, I stopped reading at PSE.
