I DID NOT WANT TO DO INDIVIDUAL SAVE FILES FOR THIS AND THE ACHIEVEMENTS SO THAT MEANS THIS IS IN ONE BIG ZIP FILE AND YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONES YOU'D LIKE OR JUST TAKE THEM ALL. 

There are currently Four individual files as they were acquired after the first mass of achievements. Currently Not all achievements are here (see below).

Some achievements may be out of load order as i went back to get a few of them.

I Have updated the Main File to include ALL previous and mentioned achievements (including Veni, Vidi, Vici which was apparently missing [sorry guys!]).

Thanks to RenesisXI for figuring out you that can achieve, That Lucky Old Sun using Save 141 and wearing the NCR Armour.

Thanks to Kaiyohana for figuring out that you can achieve GI Blues from save 54 - just head to the School of Impersonation and talk to the King to start the quest

Condemned to Repeat it - You are welcome to use the save file from Save 118 – Rockets Red Glare just play the game and its yours! 

you can also grab 

Love the Bomb from the save file, Save 118 – Rockets Red Glare as well as it has 9870 explosive damage already as well. 

Master of the Mojave - I totally didn't remember this one at all, you can use Save 068 – OWB beginning which is the intro to Old world blues and has 115 locations already discovered. (you will have to play the intro in order to be able to get out into the map and discover the 10 locations needed.

One Armed Bandit - Save 054 can be used to get this achievement - just head towards the strip, head into any casino you please and use the slot machines 10 times. 

You run Barter Town - Save 054 can be used to get this achievement  as well, just head over to the GRA place and sell what you have (can also use console commands to get you more things if need be) this achievement is near 7617 caps? i believe.
