This mod adds a simple, fully navmeshed and nicely decorated player home to Jacobstown.

I am taking a break from working on my bigger mod that will come sometime soon. So now for some time I will be making all kinds of player homes!

CHANGELOG: 1.1 UPDATE - Removed the Audio Marker that was making weird sounds.
This mod adds a nicely decorated, fully navmeshed bungalow home to the one and only Jacobstown.
Bungalow contains:
Kitchen
Fireplace with all snow globes displayed
Living room with decorations
Bedroom with a dresser and decoration +Empty shelf for you to decorate with items. (Maybe your favourite gun..)
A bathroom with clean water sink
Navmesh

The key is located on a table. Seen in screenshots =)

I hope you enjoy. As I stated already in this description, I am taking a break from making my biggest mod yet wich is coming "sometime soon". So, for now, I will be hardly doing mods. I just finished this one and another one wich I will link to.
