Were this mod's features ever lumped into Yukichigai Unofficial Patch? This seems like something YUP would have fixed a long time ago.

YUP's author is literally in the comment below yours saying it's fixed in it, come on

Obscure bug that is useful to know. Kudos for tracking it down. Hope you have submitted this to YUP for inclusion. Most are not going to be anxious to an another ESP file just to fix something that only occurs if you enter Zion on a particular date in a particular year..

YUP already fixes this bug. They made the same or similar mistakes in virtually every script that advances time.

Edit: I'll have to look into it again as the the time scripts were moved to a new quest stage in YUP's latest version, and it may have changed how the months are calculated.

Actually it's quadrennial, not bissextile, that would be mean its every 14 years, as bi means two, sextitle is 7. Leap year is every 4 years not every 14 or 7. Just thought I would point that out before anyone else comes in and does the same. It's good pointing out that the game has this bug with dealing with leap year. I am now wondering if it's in all the Gamebryo and Creation Engine games.

Just an addendum to your comment, sextile means 6, septile would be 7.

      According to this...
      http://www.dictionary.com/browse/bissextile?s=t
bissextile = containing or noting the extra day of leap year (adjective) or leap year (noun)
      ...and to this:
      http://www.dictionary.com/browse/leap-year
leap year = (in the Gregorian calendar) a year that contains 366 days, with February 29 as an additional day: occurring in years whose last two digits are evenly divisible by four, except for centenary years not divisible by 400. or
leap year = a year containing an extra day or extra month in any calendar.
