I decided to patch this mod that Krevil made to fix them rigging Vikki and Vance slots to never win.
From Krevil:
"Made this mod because I couldn't find anyone else who'd done it and it was super easy to make, so easy a ignoramus like myself could do it. Why? I wanted to look at the comps and gambling was taking too long. You'll need Dead Money for this as it's a casino and therefore can be rigged. If somehow you don't have it you'll have to either buy it or spend 15 alright 5 minutes making your own version of this with the GECK.
More detail: Makes it so you always get 40x your bet at the slots and 5x your bet when you get a blackjack. Be careful with the Vikki and Vance casino as you get banned at 2500.
For reference, max winnings for each casino are Vikki and Vance: 2500 Ultra-Luxe: 15000 The Tops: 10000 Sierra Madre: 10000 Gommorah: 9000 Atomic Wrangler: 5000
Comps occur at in 1/4 increments and I think it's possible to get banned before getting them so if you want the comps you'll want to ease up on the bets.
Install: Shove the ESP in your Fallout New Vegas\Data folder or use your favorite mod manager.
