A cheaty version of the Anti-Material Rifle I made for Tearless. You can find in the Goodsprings general store. Just steal it. Chet's not very nice anyway.
Increased durability, damage, crit damage, magazine capacity and has ammunition regeneration. If you wanted to, you could pretty much just cheat your way through the game with this thing.
