About this mod
Modifies the Desert Ranger Combat Armor adding some effects.

Aside from the NCR ranger combat armor, the desert ranger combat armor doesn't have any effect. All those cool looking Riot Gears improve your stats or skills, why not the Desert version? So I did this little mod based on the lore behind the armor.
Armor extra stats:
-Survival +10
-Endurance +1
Helmet extra stats:
-Perception +1
Both are also repaired with Duct tape and Wonder glue besides the normal items it takes to repair.
Just that, not overpowered, not changed the location, no stats breaker.
I am not good at scripting, sorry, but I'd would like someone to add/explain me how to add the following effect:
-If playing on Hardcore, the food/H2O ratings are reduced by 0.3 each while wearing the armor.
Feel free to use/modify this mod as you please!
