In the Point Lookout quest, Walking with Spirits, you gain a scar on your head. This scar is pretty cool looking but disables your ability to wear helmets. If you are like me and you want to keep this scar then install this mod.
This mod has one unintended effect. Originally the scar removes your hair because it takes up the helmet biped spot, now it takes up the earring spot and does not remove your hair. This may be seen as a feature or a bug, you decide.
No other changes have been made but to the scar item info.
