Adds a terminal and pass code to two of the Hidden valley bunkers.
Are you bored with the Fallout story? Do you need more?. It's in bunker 2 and the pass code is behind some boxes in bunker one. The wall terminal contains communications between various ECIS outposts around the world in the last hours of civilization.

Do you enjoy story? Something at least half way well written? You have found it here. Here is what no Fallout writer has done(to my knowledge), envision a worldwide organization that tried to save humanity after the UN's collapse and provide an interesting, dramatic and lore friendly account of the last hours of human civilization before everyone forgot how to build a house without rusted tin siding. There was an attempt to save the world. It failed. Sometimes that is not weakness, its simply life.
Feedback wanted and preemptively loved ! The ECIS had remained a shadow organization for over three decades before the Great War sent it underground, enacting Project Synchronicity, part of Operation Continuity . The panic, drama, and last ditch efforts to save the human race were recorded. An expanded account of the ECIS and a more lore/logic friendly location for the terminal.
Fanfic expanding on back story to Outpost FireWatch and is intended to later be incorporated into a current in progress work. Right now simply adds a terminal and pass code to two of the Hidden valley bunkers. The terminal contains communications between various ECIS outposts around the world. And the pass code allows you to access the terminal :)
