Here's a mod that adds a new door in case you get bored of the long loop between North and South. It should work out of the box, although Cass got stuck inside of the bus at one point. But that should be fixed now, probably. And the locals seem to have caught on fairly quickly, the kids playing cops and robbers use it. I did the quest with Orris and he didn't do anything weird like trying to go through this door.
