Meyers' speech to his new deputies after being made sheriff should no longer freeze the player character in place afterwards if given at night.

Meyers was meant to give a speech to his ex-Powder Ganger deputies if chosen to be the new sheriff, but this was cut from the game's release. New Vegas Uncut - Outside Bets restores it, but due to how the speech package is configured in the base game, the player character would be frozen in place after it if given at night. This simple plugin that alters two vanilla records should correct that.
This was made to use with the current version of Outside Bets as of typing this (v1.4, uploaded 20 Sep 2012), but if the issue is fixed by the mod in a future update, this plugin will no longer be necessary.
Install with your mod manager of choice or manually. It shouldn't matter whether this is placed before or after outsidebets.esp in your load order. Technically, this should work with other mods that restore Meyers' speech to the game without making the needed changes to his sleep package, but Outside Bets is the only mod I know of that does so.

Should be compatible with Sheriff Meyers, which changes Meyers out of his prison outfit and into a sheriff's duster after being pardoned by the NCR. Sheriff's hat and authority glasses optional.
