Right now simply replaces the broken computer in Jean's skydiving shack(placeholder location for now) with working one containing communications between various ECIS outposts around the world.
Fanfic expanding on back story to a previous mod made and is intended to later be incorporated into a in progress work.

Feedback wanted and preemptively loved ! The ECIS had remained a shadow organization for over three decades before the Great War sent it underground, enacting Project Synchronicity, part of Operation Continuity . The panic, drama, and last ditch efforts to save the human race were recorded.

Awaiting secondary confirmation on recieving Adar Transports. We've got more than a few civilians aware of our operations at this point. Too late to say we told you so.
