What This Mod Does:

This mod adds terminals to several NCR bases throughout the wasteland. These terminals will allow you to purchase an array of NCR equipment in exchange for tickets which can be acquired in a variety of ways. You may obtain them as rewards for completing NCR themed quests, for turning in legion ears or returning NCR dog tags and you may also find them on fallen NCR troops and around the bases. The equipment available for purchase is dependant on your reputation with the NCR. With a better NCR reputation granting access to better equipment. As a starting gift, you will be able to collect some standard-issue NCR Trooper equipment when you first start using one of these commissaries.

As your reputation increases with the NCR, equipment will unlock in sets as follow:

> NCR Trooper Equipment - This is always available
>> NCR Military Police Equipment
>>> NCR Heavy Trooper Equipment
>>>> NCR Veteran Ranger Equipment
> Misc Equipment - This is also always available

Better equipment will cost more tickets. This is intended to balance gameplay and hopefully it will do so adequately.

Where The Idea Came From:

The idea came to me when I was completing "An Ear to the Ground". I noticed that as well as improving troop morale, this reward system for kills could be greatly expanded upon. My intention was to create a system that would reward the player for their loyalty to the NCR faction.

Requirements:
> The base game and all DLC.
> NVSE

Incompatibilities:
Presumably anything that edits the NCR quest rewards in some way. If you find any bugs please let me know and I'll try my best to iron them out. :) Have fun!
