Makes the lucky38 penthouse into a player home. 

V1 adds alot of detail and a few special features.
a secret room with alot of safes. some contain weapons and money,
3 safes contains cheat gear,
empty ammo boxes in secret room.
All containers are set to non respawn and are safe for player storage.
a bathroom.
bedroom walls.
Radios now play working stations.
3 refrigerators stocked with alcohol and food

Fixed a big green marker that surrounds the penthouse
Added Workbench and Reloadingbench to the antechamber. 

Conflicts: V1 will heavily conflict with the Run The Lucky38 and Lucky38 Empire Mod.
and is not recommended to use V1 with those mods.

V2 adds only a plain desk with 3 chairs to avoid any conflicts with Run The Lucky38 and Lucky38 Empire Mod.

Barber Menu script added to bathroom sink
Campfire Cooking script added to Oven

Special features V2:
All furniture objects have been tagged Ignored By Sandbox,
This will reduce or stop the chances of Patrons teleporting
to the penthouse if you are using Run The Lucky38 And
Lucky38 Empire Mod.

Installation: Open Archive and move ThePenthouseIsYours.Esp to you fallout new vegas data folder
Launch nv and select data files. tick the ThePentHouseIsYours.Esp

Uninstallation: Open your fallout new vegas data folder, Remove the ThePentHouseIsYours.Esp

Permissions: use it however you want just give credits
