-Added the "Food / Hunger / Sleep Penalty Changes" section.
-Made the following changes to withdrawal effects:
-All withdrawal effects that didn't reduce Charisma before will now do so by 1 point.
-Most withdrawal effects now cause an AP reduction of 2 per withdrawal, without limit.
-Most withdrawal effects that reduce Perception will reduce max AP by 2 plus whatever the amount reduced is. This will not 'double dip' with the general AP reduction penalty due to addiction (for example, a drug that reduces Agility by 1 as a withdrawal effect would only cause a max AP loss of 3, not 5).
-Withdrawal effects that reduce Strength will now also directly reduce carry weight by 3 per point of Strength reduced, without limit. This includes penalties that now have a Strength reduction applied to them.
-Withdrawal effects that reduce Endurance will now also directly reduce heal rate by 1, without limit. This includes withdrawal effects that now have an Endurance reduction applied to them.
-Alcohol:
-Withdrawal effect now reduces Intelligence by 1.
-Withdrawal effect now causes a "dizzying" effect to the PC.
-Buffout:
-Withdrawal effect now reduces max HP by 8 (will prevent fast travel)!
-Hydra:
-Withdrawal effect now causes 3 HP/s limb damage for 15 seconds as soon as the withdrawal period begins. This can only happen once per withdrawal effect occurrence.
-Jet:
-Withdrawal effect now reduces max AP by 4.
-Med-X:
-Withdrawal effect now reduces DR and DT by 3.
-Psycho:
-Withdrawal effect now reduces melee damage by 5.

-GMST Tweaks:
-fCombatDamageBonusSneakingMult has been increased to 3.5 (up from 2.0). This change was made due to the changes of the various Crit Damage perks introduced in this update, as I felt it would have been too harsh of a penalty at that point without changing this setting.
-Applied the following changes to withdrawal:
-All withdrawal penalties now cause an AP reduction of 2 per withdrawal, without limit. This includes the addictions from (Super) Stimpacks and RadAway introduced by this mod. This part of the mod will be greatly expanded on a future update.
-Perk Tweaks:
-Better Criticals:
-Critical Hit Damage bonus decreased to 30% (down from 50%).
-Hunter:
-Critical Hit Damage bonus against animals decreased to 45% (down from 75%).
-Jury Rigging:
-Now requires level 18 (up from level 14).
-Paralyzing Palm:
-Paralysis duration decreased to 7 seconds (down from 30).
-Level requirement decreased to 16 (down from 18).

-Cazadors:
-Cazador poison no longer applies to the PC twice (though this wasn't due to a bug as far as I could tell from looking at the effect in the G.E.C.K), and instead has a consistent single application of an 8 HP/s DoT throughout the duration of it.
-Poison duration has been increased to 40 seconds (up from 30 seconds).
-AP reduction from poison reduced to 15 AP (down from 25 AP).
-AP reduction duration from poison has been increased to 40 seconds (up from 30 seconds).
-Poison now reduces Agility by 1 throughout its duration (up from 0).
-Poison now reduces Endurance by 1 throughout its duration (up from 0).
-Poison now causes 10 HP/s limb damage to the chest throughout its duration (up from 0; in New Vegas, the PC limbs have 1,000 HP by default).

The aim of this mod is to make the game more challenging via GMST, effect, and item changes. Some of the changes made are the PC getting less poison and radiation resistance per level of Endurance, the PC having less overall AP and health to start with, and so on. These changes are not extravagant or complex in nature, but the effects of them are no less impactful and effective, hence the mod name. The readme will tell you the full extent of these changes, and it can also be found on the Documents tab on this mod page so you may view it without downloading the mod. --- Installation Instructions:
Drop the mod in the data folder, and activate it through whatever mod manager or launcher you use. It's recommended to start a new game before you use this mod due to the changes it makes.
