    Just a heads up, I started this mod in early December so it's still new and changing, any suggestions you guys have would be great as for now I'm fresh out of ideas. I'll be fairly busy in January (secondary school is consuming) but I'll definitely make time for this mod.

    UPDATE - the missing gate mesh has been fixed, uninstall and delete the previous version of my mod and use the new version, it should run

    The large pillars by the renovated apartment keep appearing after installing this mod anyone know why?

    So just a question:

    I've been thinking of using FPGE (Functional Post Game Ending) which restores a lot of post game content including some extra things added to Freeside as well as NPC and random event placements. I was wondering if anyone might have made a patch for this and FPGE to work together yet or if one would be made. Both are great mods and I would dare say both are required for the best game experience as far as Freeside is concerned.

    I'm going to give this Mod a try, from the uploaded images, I like the overall look that you have achieved so far, and if it works well in my playthrough, I believe I can offer several low effort additions that can be made (such as a foodline of NPC's waiting outside a building to get discounted grocery products --- since the conditions on Freeside are so bad that small children eat the giant rats when they can catch one; and purchasing a 'sip' of water is an option for day-to-day survival) Since Freeside is also an entrypoint for travelers to make it to the Gates to enter the 'Strip', That would mean that fairly wealthy travelers are often coming through Freeside either on their way to the Casinos of the Strip, or to visit Silver Rush or Atomic Wrangler --- as evidenced by the business of being an armed escort for Travelers. If this is true, then where are the beggars? While they surely have 'some' pride, if the denizens of Freeside are desperate enough to resort to thuggery, then some would also be begging for caps from those passing through. But I have never seen any Mod address this question.

    Heads up for the next update, I'm getting a CTD whenever Old Ben's AI activates at the strip gate. Only mod in my load order is this, for testing it out.

    I like the changes and would very much like to use them in every playthrough, but unfortunately I can't at the moment.

    Also, a tiny "fix" for mod page - link in "Requirements" clickable section leads to FO3 version of Speedy Resources, change it to NV one :)

    what did you do with the train station( had no interior) because you need to get there to travel to dc with ttw , so is it compatible

    Great mod, found it really neat, but there's just one thing I would change if I were you. In the vanilla game, to the left of Mick and Ralph's, there's an event where the player can be ambushed in an alleyway, complete with dialogue and everything. With the way your mod renovates the area however, this event is entirely missing, with even the NPCS apparently not being present. I think this event should be included in future releases, as it adds some character to the area by showing how harsh the residents are.
