With this new recipe you can craft a YCS-186 on the workbench.

But you have to find the recipe and it's locatet in the Brotherhood of Steel safehouse.

you need:

1 Gaussrifle
4 scrap metal
2 scrap electronics
1 Fission Battery

It's in german but I think it should work in other languages
