A Simple Straight Forward (Another) Readius Retexture Mod

This is my first mod and also my first contribution for this community :)
I always loved the history talk that Ulysses spoke to you and make me curious about Pre-War Fallout. So, i decided to look up for some "Pre-War" stuff and none has got my attention. Noticing there's lack of texture for readius i took the oppurtinity to make my own texture, The Old World Texture.
